1. Labia Minora Reduction (Labiaplasty):
Labiaplasty also referred to as labioplasty or aesthetic vaginal surgery, is a surgical procedure that will reduce and/or reshape the labia minora (the skin that covers the female clitoris and vaginal opening).
Women with large labia can experience pain during intercourse, or feel discomfort during everyday activities or when wearing tight-fitting clothing. Others may feel unattractive, or wish to enhance their sexual experiences by removing some of the skin that covers the clitoris. Surgical labial reduction can greatly improve the aesthetic appearance of the abnormally enlarged labis.
Length of Surgery: 1 hour
Recovery: Labiaplasty is an outpatient procedure. After surgery, women may experience some mild discomfort and swelling, which usually disappears completely after 1 week (back to work after 3 days). Labial incisions usually heal and are rarely noticeable.
2. Vaginal tightening (vaginoplasty)
Vaginal tightening is a surgical procedure designed to tighten the inside of the vaginal canal and the vaginal opening, and then a direct means of enhancing one’s sexual life.
For women who’ve experienced multiple childbirths, vaginal muscles tend to experience enlargement due to stressful expansion during the delivery. The result is a relaxed vaginal canal and/or a large vaginal opening. Women who experience these problems often report:

Feeling too loose, not being able to feel their partner inside them

Not having enough friction or sensation

Having a difficult time achieving orgasm during intercourse (which may or may not be related to vaginal relaxation)
These women want a solution to rejuvenate and tighten the vagina and achieve improved sexual function.
Length of surgery: 1 hour
Recovery: vaginal tightening is an outpatient procedure. After surgery, the patient is usually able to walk comfortably within a few days and may return to sexual activities within 4-6 weeks.
3. Hymenoplasty
Hymenoplasty is the surgical repair of the hymen.
The most common reasons why women request a hymenoplasty procedure include:

Cultural or religious reasons: In some cultures, a woman is physically inspected to make sure the hymen is intact (a sign she is a virgin).

Injury to the hymen prior to marriage: Tampon use, vigorous exercise or sexual intercourse can cause a hymen to rupture.
If done correctly, to the visible eye, there is no apparent scarring and the hymen appears intact. After this type of hymen surgery and without complication, subsequent intercourse will typically tear the membrane causing pain and bleeding.
Length of surgery: The hymenoplasty is usually a 30-45 minute procedure.
Recovery: hymenoplasty is an out-patient surgery and can be done in-office using local anesthesia. After the hymenoplasty operation, the patient can return to work in a day and complete healing takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
